About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Engineer (d/m/w) to join our Data Analytics Team at Haufe Group. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our central data platform, which serves as the foundation for all data-driven initiatives across the organization. Your technical expertise, combined with methodical clarity and excellent communication skills, will enable you to translate complex business requirements into scalable and reliable data solutions. Collaborating closely with data scientists, developers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure the quality, security, and sustainability of our data landscape. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data engineering and analytics, complemented by excellent stakeholder management skills. You should have experience in moderating cross-functional discussions, requirements engineering, and working within agile teams. Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and excellent communication skills are essential. You should demonstrate proactive, solution-oriented thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts, structuring them effectively for diverse audiences. Strong DevOps skills, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and monitoring, are required, along with solid experience in data modeling and cloud infrastructures such as AWS. Knowledge of SQL, TypeScript, and Python is necessary, while familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, MLOps, and Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop) is a plus.
