Data & Analytics Trainee

We are looking for students who are finalizing their studies or who have already graduated to join our Data & Analytics team as a Trainee in Helsinki. We would like you to start your full-time Trainee period in November 2026 with a duration of 4 months. Many of our Trainees have continued with us after the Trainee period or upon graduating. In the Data & Analytics trainee program, you will work with both our audit and audit analytics teams. You will be involved in the external audit of our key clients and will have the chance to perform data analytics and visualization using tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and bespoke Deloitte software. Daily activities will encompass observing, interpreting data, integrating new information, theorizing, brainstorming, and making decisions based on multiple factors to deliver insights to the audit team and clients.
