Data and Evaluation Lead

The Data and Evaluation Lead will support the Bureau of Primary Health Care and report to the Program Manager. This position will be hybrid. Responsibilities : Design, implementation, and ongoing management of the evaluation framework established under Task 8, including all data collection instruments, data quality processes, quarterly and annual reporting, and the mid-contract evaluation. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation Manage clinical outcome data collection Qualifications : Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, biostatistics, or a closely related field. A doctoral degree is preferred. Relevant certifications may be considered in combination with substantial experience. Minimum seven (7) years of experience designing and managing evaluation frameworks for federal health programs, technical assistance contracts, or comparable initiatives. Demonstrated experience collecting and analyzing clinical outcome data, including blood pressure, HbA1c, and BMI, in primary care or safety net settings. Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods, including experience with statistical software and qualitative analysis tools. Familiarity with HRSA's Uniform Data System (UDS) and federal health program reporting requirements preferred.
