What you’ll do

Your task is to annotate form documents using a web-based tool. For each document you’ll:

• Draw bounding boxes around specific elements on the page
• Assign the correct label to each one from a set of predefined categories
• Work through common form elements — field groups, text fields, single-character fields, checkboxes, and similar items
• Follow the annotation guidelines precisely so every document is labeled the same way
• Keep accuracy high — clean, consistent labels are what make the training data useful

Why this matters

Models that read and process documents are only as good as the examples they’re trained on. When you box and label a field correctly, you’re teaching the model to understand that same field on thousands of documents it will see later. Your attention to detail directly shapes how accurate and reliable the finished product is.

How it works

2. Qualify — complete a short language assessment or certification for your locale
3. Get onboarded — work through the training and qualification tasks so you know exactly how to label
4. Start annotating — draw bounding boxes and assign labels following the guidelines
5. Keep going — this is ongoing work you can fit around your own schedule

Who can participate

You’re a good fit if you:

• Have native-level fluency in Malay-Malaysia language, and know the document formats used in this country
• Pay close attention to detail and can follow annotation guidelines accurately
• Are comfortable working with web-based tools and doing repetitive tasks consistently
• Can work independently and manage your tasks within project deadlines
• Are willing to complete onboarding, training, and qualification tasks before production work begins

Previous experience in data annotation, data labeling, content moderation, or similar AI projects is a plus — but it isn’t required. If you’re detail-oriented and reliable, we’ll teach you the rest.

• A computer (laptop or desktop) with a reliable, stable internet connection
• A modern web browser
• Native-level fluency in your target language
• Patience, focus, and a commitment to accuracy

Compensation:
