About you: You care deeply about producing high-quality work that delivers real value You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively You bring strong expertise in your craft, alongside a willingness to keep learning You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with clients and teammates You’re pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused You value low-ego collaboration and enjoy working as part of multidisciplinary teams What you’ll bring to the table: Strong business analysis, consulting and problem-solving skills, ideally in data, analytics or digital environments Ability to work with stakeholders to uncover the real business problem rather than simply capture stated requirements Ability to translate between business and technical teams, turning sometimes ambiguous needs into clear, actionable requirements Good understanding of data, analytics and data products – enough to work effectively with data engineers, analysts and architects and get into the detail when needed Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, including confidence working directly with client stakeholders Experience supporting products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement A strong focus on business outcomes, adoption and value, rather than seeing delivery as complete once a technical solution has been built Curious, proactive and comfortable taking ownership, challenging thinking and bringing structure to ambiguous problems AI Statement We champion tech that helps people work smarter, but we want to get to know you!
