Ensure accurate daily reports, manpower reports, progress updates, issue logs, photos, redlines, and closeout evidence. Coordinate with clients, general contractors, PMs, TPLs, commissioning teams, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Enforce site safety requirements, PPE rules, stop-work expectations, company policies, and customer-specific procedures. Train and develop lead technicians, field technicians, future superintendents, and future Technical Project Leads. Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies.
