Data Content Coordinator, Associate

As a Data Content Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and quality of business data. You will utilize data processing tools and established business rules to transform, validate, and analyze information from multiple sources, ensuring reliable data products that support customer and business needs What You Will Be Doing Utilize various software applications to manipulate, parse, normalize, and cleanse data Interpret data relevance based on business rules and operational processes to meet user expectations and requirements Enter, verify, and analyze data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency Perform data quality reviews and validation activities to maintain high data standards Assist in evaluating electronic media and source documents for relevant data content Apply company policies, processes, and procedures to assigned responsibilities Support the creation and maintenance of reliable data products through adherence to established guidelines and quality standards What You Will Need to Succeed Understanding of computers, databases, spreadsheets, and data processing tools used for data management and quality assurance activities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all assignments Ability to interpret source documents presented in a variety of formats Ability to apply established guidelines and procedures when entering and validating data Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to evaluate data and identify inconsistencies Ability to utilize company policies and procedures to analyze, research, and maintain accurate data records Effective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Qualifications 1+ years of relevant experience in data processing, data entry, quality assurance, or a related field High school diploma preferred Equivalent education, training, or experience will be considered About Epicor At Epicor, we’re truly a team.
