Provide strong, independent judgment in design reviews and architecture decisions across the client's data ecosystem. Deliberately manage technical debt and uphold high standards for data testing, observability, and CI/CD pipelines. Act as the trusted technical liaison: translate business needs into technical solutions, and technical decisions into executive-level language. Identify opportunities to evolve the scope of our services and shape them into technical-commercial proposals. Required Skills ( Must Haves)💻 7+ years of experience as a PM / Functional Analyst on data or technology projects, ideally in banking, financial, or other highly regulated environments. Working knowledge of dbt and modern data architecture concepts (ingestion, transformation, storage, consumption) — enough to read designs critically and ask the right questions, not necessarily to build them. Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills: able to translate ambiguous business asks into clear functional specs for engineering teams. Experience facilitating design reviews and architecture discussions, bringing structure and independent judgment even without writing the code. Familiarity with data governance, testing, and CI/CD practices from a functional/oversight standpoint. Excellent stakeholder management: comfortable moving between engineering conversations and executive updates. Ability to spot opportunities for service growth and turn them into technical-commercial proposals. Required Skills ( Nice to Haves) 💻 Exposure to modern data stack tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Airflow, Fivetran, etc.) as a user/analyst, not necessarily as a builder.
