Role Overview We are seeking a Data Management Analyst who combines strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking, and a passion for data quality. This role will play a key part in maintaining, enriching, and optimizing business-critical information while supporting automation, reporting, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and helping organizations build scalable, reliable, and efficient data management processes. Location : Remote position within LATAM. Contract Duration: Long-term Language Requirement: Advanced English What you'll do Maintain, enrich, and manage critical business information across multiple enterprise platforms and systems. Review, validate, and improve information quality, consistency, completeness, and accuracy. Support the onboarding of new products, services, or business records by validating and enriching data before deployment. Research, source, and validate information from internal and external sources. Monitor data quality metrics and perform audits to identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and improvement opportunities. Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring tools to track operational performance and data quality indicators. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective data solutions. Support governance initiatives, documentation efforts, and the adoption of data management best practices. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using SQL, spreadsheets, data transformation tools, and AI-assisted technologies. Contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives focused on operational efficiency, data reliability, and process scalability. Train and support users on reporting tools, data standards, and governance practices. What you'll bring 4+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Operations, Data Quality, Master Data Management, or related fields. Experience maintaining and validating large volumes of structured business information. Strong understanding of data quality principles, governance frameworks, and information lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, and reporting. Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and data manipulation techniques. Experience creating dashboards, reports, and operational metrics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into actionable solutions. Experience documenting processes, standards, and operational procedures. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
