• Type: Contractor / Freelance
• Rate: $20 - $23 USD / hr
• Duration: Confirmed until EOY (End of Year)

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data lake architectures.
• Map structured and unstructured data sources to robust data models.
• Codify business rules and support downstream analytics and API-based data acquisition.
• Develop automated data quality solutions and maintain workflow orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to capture data flows using Agile/Scrum.

💡 Must-Have Requirements:

• 5+ years overall industry experience (with 2+ years specifically as a Data Engineer, Data Analyst, BSA, or similar).
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT, Math, Finance, or related field.
• 100% Bilingual (English / Spanish) — strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong hands-on coding: Python, SQL (plus R, Java, or Scala).
• Databases: Relational (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL/Graph (MongoDB, Cassandra, Neo4j).
• Big Data & Integration: Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow, SnapLogic, Informatica, or Talend.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, or GCP, with Linux/Bash scripting and Docker experience.
