Location Requirement: Must be based in Finland or willing to relocate to Finland.

Job Description:

• Design scalable, resilient, and secure data platform architectures using Azure services (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, SQL).
• Architect modern data warehouse and data lake patterns (Medallion architecture, Data Lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric).
• Define data governance frameworks, data modeling standards, and robust security/compliance protocols.
• Architect data ingestion pipelines for structured, and real-time streaming data.
• Design, build, and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Python, Spark, and SQL.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for data workflows.
• Mentor and lead a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into highly actionable technical roadmaps.
• Drive best practices for performance tuning, cost optimization, and system monitoring

Must Have:

• Power BI (Dashboard Development, DAX, Data Modeling, RLS, etc.)
• SQL (Snowflake)
• Microsoft Fabric
