Apply We usually respond within a week Location: Hybrid - Birkirkara, Malta (Relocation can be provided) Reporting to: Head of Data Your mission Help own the whole pipeline: orchestration, ingestion, transformation, and serving of data across the business. Maintain and evolve our data warehouse, keeping an eye on pipeline health, performance, and reliability. Help shape our data model, adapting it as the business and its needs evolve. Use AI tools to supercharge your own workflow, from pipeline building to troubleshooting. Partner with teams across the business to understand their data needs and translate them into reliable pipelines under a single, coherent data model. Contribute to technical decisions on data architecture and tooling as we grow. What You Bring 1+ years of experience in data engineering. 1+ year of experience in igaming. Strong hands-on experience with dbt, data ingestion and data warehousing tools. Experience building with AI models. Solid Python and SQL skills. Good communication skills, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nice to haves: 3+ years of experience in data engineering. Strong hands on experience with Airflow, Airbyte, Git and Snowflake. Comfort in using AI to accelerate your work and outside of the box thinking. Track record of owning end-to-end data systems and pipelines. Working knowledge of AWS.
