As the technical face of Tepui, you’ll work hands-on with dbt models to:

✅ Assess: Use Purity to scan legacy systems and identify data quality gaps.

✅ Migrate: Convert SQL Server stored procedures to dbt models with Datarcon—proven correct, row by row (e.g., "15,000/15,000 rows match").

✅ Test & Validate: Ensure dbt models pass schema tests, data tests, and row-level parity checks.

✅ Maintain: Deploy Roraima + Tonín to automatically update dbt models as source systems evolve (e.g., new ERP fields, schema changes).

✅ Close: Show clients how dbt + Tepui’s tools replace manual engineering work—saving €50K–200K/year.

You’re not just writing dbt models you’re automating their entire lifecycle.

🔹 dbt-Centric: You’ll build, test, and maintain dbt models at scale—with AI-assisted automation (Tonín) to handle the heavy lifting.

🔹 Impact: Replace undocumented SQL Server logic with tested, version-controlled dbt models that clients own forever.

🔹 Automation: Work with Roraima to keep dbt models alive—detecting changes, updating logic, and deploying fixes without manual intervention.

🔹 Sovereignty: All dbt models and data stay in EU-sovereign warehouses (PostgreSQL, OVHcloud, STACKIT, etc.). No US CLOUD Act exposure.

Must-Have:

• 2–5 years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or solutions architecture.
• Expert SQL (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• dbt (model development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
• Client-facing skills: Explain dbt, schema drift, and parity testing to CTOs and CFOs.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Consulting background (e.g., Inspari, Delegate, Trifork, Deloitte).
• Agentic Framework Knowledge
• Power BI (Dataflows, DAX, Power Query).
• AI/LLM experience (e.g., integrating AI into dbt pipelines).

✔ Migrate clients to dbt before SQL Server 2016 end-of-support (July 2026).

✔ Automate dbt model maintenance with Roraima + Tonín, reducing manual work by 70%.

✔ Deliver audit-ready dbt projects with row-level parity proof (e.g., "All 15,000 rows match the source").

✔ Deploy EU-sovereign dbt stacks that comply with GDPR, NIS2, and DORA.
