We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data solutions across Master Data Management (MDM), cloud data platforms, data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence . You will work with data engineers, architects, analysts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and reliable data solutions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science , or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines. 5+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale integrated solutions. Strong hands-on experience in Java application development . Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) platforms . Strong experience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions . Hands-on experience developing scalable data pipelines using: Python PySpark SQL Strong knowledge of: Data modeling Data warehousing Dimensional modeling / Kimball methodology Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL . Preferred Qualifications Experience with the following technologies is highly desirable: Data & Analytics Databricks Azure Data Platform Services Data Lakehouse architectures Power BI Tableau Cloud & DevOps Microsoft Azure and/or AWS Terraform Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Development Java Python TypeScript REST APIs Microservices architecture Ways of Working Agile / Scrum / Kanban DevOps practices Secure software development practices Nice to Have Experience with enterprise MDM platforms, particularly TIBCO EBX . Certifications in Azure, Databricks, Scrum, DevOps, or Secure Coding . Experience working in international and multicultural environments. Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. Key Responsibilities Master Data Management (MDM) Design, develop, and maintain enterprise MDM solutions. Develop MDM applications using Java and modern enterprise technologies. Build and maintain Master Data and Reference Data APIs . Ensure data quality, governance, integrity, and consistency. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data standards and processes. Data Engineering & Cloud Platforms Design and implement scalable cloud-based data platforms . Develop secure and reliable batch and near-real-time data pipelines . Build and optimize data integration and processing workflows. Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance and reliability. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices. Analytics Engineering Transform raw data into trusted, analytics-ready datasets. Develop dimensional data models using Kimball methodologies . Build reusable data products for analytics and reporting. Implement data quality and validation frameworks. Business Intelligence Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports . Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visualizations. Improve reporting performance, usability, and data reliability. Technical Leadership Create high-level and detailed technical solution designs. Review architecture, code, data models, pipelines, APIs, and dashboards. Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices. Support Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
