Job Overview We're looking for a Data Engineering Intern to join our Data & Analytics team. You'll work on the gold layer of our Medallion Architecture, turning structured data into meaningful KPIs and business-ready insights that teams across the company rely on. By the end of your internship, you'll present your work directly to our C-level team. Your team can't wait to welcome you! What's in it for you? ✓ Real ownership of a data project, presented to C-level at the end ✓ Hands-on experience with a modern data stack and Medallion Architecture ✓ AI exposure: your own Claude licence, weekly training, and shared best practices ✓ European exposure: colleagues across multiple markets ✓ Internship allowance ✓ Team events & people experience program What you'll be doing Gold layer : build KPIs and business-ready data outputs on our Medallion Architecture Data quality : dig into existing datasets to spot issues and optimise what's there Requirements : gather needs from stakeholders across different departments Translation : turn business problems into actionable data solutions Documentation : document your work so it stays maintainable after you leave Final presentation : present your findings and deliverables to the C-level team Who you are Final year Master's in Data Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent Available 6 months with a university internship agreement Skills : comfortable with SQL and at least one data processing framework (Python, Spark, or similar) Data modelling : at ease with modelling concepts and structured datasets Communication : analytical, and able to explain technical work to non-technical stakeholders Full professional fluency in English French or Dutch is a plus Hybrid policy : you can come to the Brussels office two days a week ✦ Ready to succeed and make an impact with us?
