About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), business process modeling, and requirements gathering techniques. Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
