Qualifications - A minimum of one (1) year experience in a BPO setup -Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/ Excel is a plus. -Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy -Willing to work graveyard shift - Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment -Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor -A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download -Back-up power/internet is required - Strong typing skills for note-taking and data entry migration -Attention to detail to ensure accurate message taking and forwarding. -Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and provide appropriate responses.
