Better Jobs Group is hiring 20 Data Entry Specialists in Kenya. We're a UK-based recruitment company specialising in the healthcare sector, connecting providers with the right professionals across the UK. We're now building a large research database of UK healthcare professionals — compiled entirely from publicly available directories and public information — and we're looking for detail-focused, fluent researchers to help build it.

If you're accurate, reliable, and take pride in clean data, this is a stable long-term role with a genuine path to a permanent contract for the people who excel.

What you'll do

• Research public directories and publicly available sources
• Enter and organise information accurately in Excel/Google Sheets
• Keep records clean, consistent, and duplicate-free
• Work to clear daily and weekly targets

You'll build records across UK healthcare roles including GPs, Doctors, Physician Associates, ANPs, First Contact Physiotherapists, Clinical Pharmacists, Social Prescribers, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Care Coordinators, Patient Advisors, Administrators, and Medical Secretaries.

The details

• Pay: £100/month, via Wise, on the last day of each month
• Hours: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week, UK (BST) hours
• Start: Immediately

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years' experience in data entry or online data research
• Near-native English (equivalent to IELTS Band 8)
• A reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet
• A backup power source (UPS, inverter, or generator)
• A quiet, dedicated place to work
• Based in Kenya
