Data Entry Strategist Daybook Financial Group | Remote | Part-Time We're hiring a Data Entry Strategist to keep our marketing and recruiting data clean, connected, and usable — the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks between our tools. What You'll Own Maintain accurate, organized data across CRM, spreadsheets, and marketing platforms Design and improve how data moves between systems (Canva → Mailchimp, Snov.io lists, analytics tools, BrightLocal citations) Audit records regularly to catch duplicates, gaps, or inconsistencies before they cause problems downstream Build simple, repeatable processes so data entry doesn't rely on memory or ad hoc fixes Support reporting for marketing and recruiting teams with reliable, well-structured data What We're Looking For 1–2+ years in a data entry, operations, or systems-support role Highly detail-oriented — this role is judged on accuracy Comfortable in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and learning new platforms quickly Process-minded: sees a messy workflow and wants to fix it, not just push through it
