Data-Focused Project Coordinator (Remote, Contract)

Best Workplaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data-Focused Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of key projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes. Experience with Business Intelligence or Software Development is a plus. Key Responsibilities Support project management activities and help ensure timely project delivery. Use different tools to analyze and visualize data for actionable insights. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure data quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare reports and support decision-making. Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes as needed. What We're Looking For Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with Business Intelligence tools is a plus. Basic understanding of databases, data validation, or reporting concepts is a plus. Exposure to Software Development processes or experience working with technical teams would be a plus. Proficiency in Russian and/or Ukrainian is required.
