Data Insights Analyst (Remote, Entry-Level)

Role Description The Data Insights Analyst (Remote, Entry-Level) is a full-time role focused on transforming data into actionable insights that support OIRK’s strategic and operational decisions. In this position, the analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to membership, programs, and engineering market trends, and prepare clear reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders. The role involves conducting market and member research, identifying patterns in data, and generating recommendations to improve services, outreach, and professional development initiatives. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, maintain dashboards, and support data-driven planning. This is a remote role, requiring effective online collaboration, reliable time management, and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Customer Insight skills to understand engineering sector trends and member needs.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present findings clearly in written reports, presentations, and discussions.
• Basic proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or entry-level BI tools) and familiarity with data visualization principles are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, statistics, business, data science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and openness to learning new analytical methods and tools are important.
• Interest in the engineering and construction sector in Kosovo and basic understanding of professional organizations is an advantage.
