About the Role The Data Integrity Specialist supports the daily operations of the Data Integrity department by ensuring accuracy within ticketing workflows and the Raintree system. Working under the direction of the Data Integrity Manager, this role focuses on executing tasks, resolving system?related inquiries, and maintaining high?quality data standards. The Specialist also contributes to routine departmental functions and participates in special projects as needed. Duties & Responsibilities Provide operational support Ensure data accuracy Serve as a knowledgeable resource for ticketing workflows, Raintree functionality, and process-related questions Provide timely, accurate, and solution-oriented responses to internal and external inquiries Participate in special projects as assigned to support departmental goals Support cross-training efforts to enhance team flexibility and coverage Perform other related duties as assigned, to support departmental and organizational goals Skills & Qualifications High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of experience in medical receivable collections or help desk support preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong attention to detail and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and prioritization skills Experience assisting with training or process support is a plus but not required Raintree experience a plus but not required Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package designed to support both personal and professional wellbeing.
