Note - This role is a remote role with some travel needed across our region in south Europe.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional to join
59club Europe South, supporting a growing portfolio of partner venues across golf, leisure and hospitality.
As a
Data & Learning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in transforming experience data into actionable insight, supporting client reporting, and enhancing the effectiveness of our learning and survey platforms.
Role
You will be an ambassador for the 59club brand, but unlike a traditional Account Executive role, your core focus will be:
- Analysing and interpreting large volumes of customer experience data
- Producing high-quality client reports and insight summaries
- Supporting and optimising our e-learning and survey platforms
- Helping integrate and manage new technology tools
- Contributing to the overall success and retention of partner venues
This role suits someone who thrives in a data-led environment, enjoys structure and process, and is motivated by helping venues improve performance through insight and education.
