Data Modeler (Erwin / MDM) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll contribute to the data modeling workstream of an active MDM implementation, working with Erwin across different data sources as part of a collaborative team. Combining solid data modeling fundamentals with insurance domain knowledge, you'll help build the data structures that underpin master data governance across the organization. This is your opportunity to work on a meaningful MDM engagement where your modeling expertise directly impacts data quality, consistency, and business decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain data models across multiple data sources as part of an MDM implementation.
• Work with Erwin to design logical, physical, and conceptual data models.
• Collaborate with fellow data modelers and the project manager to ensure consistent delivery.
• Apply insurance domain knowledge to inform accurate and meaningful data structures.
• Support data visualization efforts to communicate models and relationships to stakeholders.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling or a related data discipline.
• Solid foundation in data modeling methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in Erwin Data Modeling.
• Familiarity with insurance industry data structures and concepts.
• Background in data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
