Your area of work:
As a Data Product Transformation & Delivery expert, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Data Product & Solutions by driving the transformation of how data products are designed, delivered, and operated in an increasingly AI-enabled environment.
You will lead the implementation and evolution of our strategic Data Management Platform while establishing new ways of working that leverage AI agents, automation, and human expertise to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enhance operational efficiency. Sitting at the intersection of business transformation, data, technology, and product management, you will help define the future operating model where humans and intelligent agents collaborate to create business value.
The role requires a strong transformation mindset, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and adoption.
Your responsibilities:
Design and implement future-state operating models that integrate human and AI-driven capabilities across product delivery and data management functions.
Reimagine and optimize business processes to increase efficiency, scalability, quality, and automation.
Establish frameworks for human-in-the-loop and agent-in-the-loop execution, governance, and decision-making.
Identify and prioritize transformation opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Management, Data Architecture, Engineering, Operations, and Business domains.
Ensure successful execution of platform capabilities from ideation through deployment and adoption.
Define and implement use cases where AI agents augment or automate business and operational processes.
Embed intelligent automation and AI-assisted decision-making into product development and operational workflows.
Establish KPIs and performance measures for agent effectiveness, productivity gains, quality improvements, and operational resilience.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to scale agentic capabilities across the organization.
Lead organizational change initiatives required to support new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
Build stakeholder alignment across business, technology, and senior leadership teams.
Communicate vision, progress, and business value to executive sponsors and governance bodies.
Ensure realization of targeted benefits through structured adoption and continuous improvement activities.
Your profile:
Experience of 10+ years in leading complex transformation, product delivery, or strategic change initiatives.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale platforms, digital products, or data-driven transformation programs.
Experience working in data management, data products, data platforms, or digital product organizations.
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Experience in financial services, capital markets, or other highly regulated industries is an
advantage.
Strong understanding of product operating models, Agile delivery methodologies, and value-based prioritization.
Knowledge of business process design, process optimization, and operational transformation.
Solid understanding of data management, data governance, and data product principles.
Familiarity with AI, Generative AI, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, and emerging digital workforce concepts.
Ability to balance long-term strategic objectives with pragmatic delivery execution.
Collaborative leader who thrives in complex, fast-changing environments and can inspire teams through change.
Experience defining KPIs, value realization frameworks, and transformation success measures.
Experience in financial services, capital markets, or other highly regulated industries is an advantage.
