As a Data Product Lead – Finance Data & AI , you’ll bring your expertise, curiosity and drive to transform how finance data is used — turning complex data into actionable insights and AI-driven solutions that create tangible business value across the organization. About the job You will lead the end-to-end Finance Data & AI agenda, partnering closely with Finance leadership to translate business needs into scalable data products and impactful AI use cases. This role plays a critical part in simplifying complexity across multiple systems and enabling a single source of truth, while driving measurable outcomes across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Cash Management. Drive high-impact data and AI initiatives across finance, shaping how decisions are made Partner with senior stakeholders to define priorities and deliver business value Transform fragmented data landscapes into clear, trusted and usable insights Embed a strong value mindset, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable impact Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on execution and results Main responsibilities Own and drive the Finance Data & AI roadmap, aligning priorities with Finance leadership across key domains (Commercial, Supply Chain, Treasury) Identify, define and deliver data and AI use cases that generate measurable business value (e.g. forecasting, working capital optimization, cash visibility) Lead the consolidation and harmonization of finance data across multiple SAP systems into a unified and reliable data model Translate business needs into scalable data solutions, defining architecture, governance and delivery approach Partner with senior finance stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning data initiatives with strategic priorities Lead and develop cross-functional teams (data, analytics, engineering), ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery Establish strong data governance practices (quality, lineage, consistency) to enable trust and auditability About you Experience: Proven track record delivering data, analytics or AI solutions within finance, with a strong focus on business impact and value creation Finance expertise: Solid understanding of finance processes (controlling, FP&A, working capital, treasury) and ability to engage with senior finance stakeholders SAP knowledge: Deep experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO/Treasury), including working across complex or multiple system environments Data & AI capabilities: Experience with modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks) and applying AI/analytics to real business use cases Leadership & influence: Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders with clear, structured communication Ways of working: Strong ownership, execution focus and ability to deliver on commitments Languages: Fluent English Location: Barcelona Hybrid working policy: 2days/week remote working.
