We're looking for an experienced Data Quality Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation programme.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality data migration across complex enterprise systems, ensuring data is accurately transformed, cleansed and validated before reaching downstream platforms. You'll work closely with programme stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve migration processes and help establish best practice around governance and documentation.

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with a consultative approach - someone who identifies risks, challenges assumptions professionally and takes ownership of improving the overall migration process.

Key Experience Needed

• Enterprise data migration experience
• ETL and data transformation
• Strong Python scripting
• Data quality, cleansing and validation
• Legacy to target system migrations
• Managing duplicate records and complex datasets
• Strong documentation and governance practices
• Confident stakeholder communication
• Proactive, consultative mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise data migration activities across multiple systems
• Transform, cleanse and validate data using Python and ETL techniques
• Improve migration logic, automation and quality controls
• Identify risks and recommend improvements to migration approaches
• Produce clear documentation and maintain shared repositories
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex data issues
• Contribute to governance, reusable assets and best practices across the programme
