Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst SSR to join an Integrated Data Management project within the Telecommunications industry.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating data quality, validation, and observability controls, ensuring the reliability and consistency of information used by Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams.

The role will work closely with Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Governance, and operational teams to identify data quality issues, investigate root causes, and implement automated controls and continuous monitoring mechanisms.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement Data Quality rules and controls.
• Design and document data quality frameworks.
• Perform data profiling and quality analysis.
• Detect anomalies and investigate root causes.
• Document known data quality issues and follow-up actions.
• Design data quality metrics and KPIs.
• Develop executive-level Data Quality dashboards.
• Integrate quality controls into ETL / ELT processes.
• Monitor the quality of data from inventories, alarms, logs, and operational metrics.
• Collaborate with Data Owners, Data Stewards, and Data Custodians.
• Implement automated validation and monitoring controls.
• Contribute to the maturity of Data Governance and Data Observability practices.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Data Governance, or related roles.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably with Oracle experience.
• Basic NoSQL knowledge, particularly OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Python, especially Pandas, for data analysis, profiling, and automation.
• Experience designing and implementing data quality rules and validation controls.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of ETL / ELT processes.
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools.
• English level: B2 minimum.
