Salary: $80,054.00 Annually Position Title: Health Resource Analyst 2/ Data Quality Coordinator Location : remote Position End Date : 11/30/2027 Salary : $80,054 plus benefits Overview: The Health Resource Analyst II provides advanced analytical and reporting support for the Office of Public Health Infrastructure and Improvement within the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health. The role focuses on program evaluation, interpreting REDCap data, and developing clear reports that inform public health planning and statewide initiatives. The position is also responsible for aiding programs with the implementation of the Language Access Plan. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public administration, statistics, business, public health, or a related field; OR equivalent relevant experience. Experience with data analysis, program evaluation, or reporting. Familiarity with REDCap or similar data collection platforms preferred. Ability to analyze and present complex data clearly Strong written communication skills for reports and summaries. Experience with public health, evaluation frameworks, or state programs. Proficiency with Excel, REDCap, and reporting tools such as Power BI. Responsibilities: Lead program evaluation activities, reviewing performance measures, identifying trends, and recommending improvements. Manage, analyze, and quality-check REDCap datasets used for public health surveys, tracking systems, and program reporting. Create high-quality reports, summaries, and data visualizations based on REDCap and other program data. Support division leadership by clearly communicating findings from data analysis and evaluation activities. Coordinate data collection workflows and help program teams strengthen data quality. Assist with required documentation for grants, public health initiatives, and legislative reporting. Provide guidance to staff on data interpretation, evaluation methods, and reporting practices. Assist programs within the division with the implementation of the Language Access Plan. Special Notes: This role is involved in a dynamic public health program. As such, roles and responsibilities are subject to change as situations evolve. Roles and responsibilities listed above may be expanded upon or updated to match priorities and needs, once written approval is received by both the CDC Foundation and Nevada Department of Human Services, in order to best support the State of Nevada in their public health programming. The CDC Foundation requires all employees to be fully vaccinated* for COVID-19 as a condition of employment effective  November 22, 2021 . All offers of employment after that date are contingent upon proof of full-vaccination status as a part of the pre-employment process.  *Fully vaccinated is defined as follows: At least two weeks have passed since receipt of the Johnson & Johnson single-dose vaccine, or the second dose of the either the Moderna or Pfizer-BioNTech two-dose vaccines.  This position is currently a remote position.
