Data Quality Intern

For Linklaters Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Data Quality Intern role. About the Team Join our global team responsible for supporting client and contact data review, validation, remediation and migration as part of the Client Book Decommission Programme. Collaborating with the Business Development and Marketing department in Linklaters Warsaw and internationally, the Digital Marketing Team and Pitching Transformation international program team members, our team covers data governance, CRM support and business development operations. You will be responsible for Reviewing and validating client and contact data across systems Identifying duplicate, outdated and incomplete records Researching and updating information using approved sources Supporting data quality, validation and migration activities Maintaining project trackers and reporting findings Escalating issues requiring further review Working collaboratively with the project team Apply if you Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy Are available at least 30 h/week (within working hours of 9:00 – 17:15). Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office365 applications Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities Show strong organisational and time management skills Handle confidential information with discretion Location Warsaw (hybrid model - 2 days at the office) Contract This position is offered on a contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie) for a duration of 6 months About Linklaters Linklaters is a people business.
