Data Quality Specialist at BairesDev

As a Data Quality Specialist, you will ensure the highest standards of accuracy and reliability for our data assets. You will play a vital role in overseeing data annotation processes, ensuring that the information powering our AI/ML models is precise and consistently formatted according to rigorous guidelines.

What You'll Do

• Execute comprehensive quality assurance procedures for data annotation and labeling tasks.
• Audit datasets to ensure strict adherence to complex project-specific guidelines and requirements.
• Identify and document data inconsistencies, providing actionable feedback to annotation teams.
• Support the data lifecycle by maintaining integrity within AI/ML training data pipelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine annotation standards and improve overall data operations.
• Monitor data quality metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in data operations or quality assurance roles.
• Proven expertise in implementing data quality assurance processes for AI/ML training data pipelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to strictly follow complex annotation guidelines.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within data-driven environments.
