Braun Management specializes in solving internal organizational problems that hinder growth and clarity within executive teams. We focus on uncovering structural truths through rigorous analysis to help leadership teams address underperformance and friction.
The role The Data Reporting Assistant position exists to provide the analytical foundation necessary for our consultants to make evidence-backed recommendations. Supporting a major financial services provider, you will organize and present data that helps identify operational friction and clarify decision rights. This is a fully remote role that requires a high degree of precision and an ability to translate raw numbers into clear, written observations for our senior team.
What you will do
Compile data from various internal sources to support ongoing organizational audits and restructuring projects.
Clean and format datasets to ensure precision in all client-facing reports and internal presentations.
Create clear visual representations of data that highlight structural gaps or inconsistencies within the client organization.
Assist in the preparation of written reports by drafting technical summaries of findings and data trends.
Monitor data quality and flag any anomalies that might skew the results of a structural investigation.
Organize digital archives of project data to ensure our remote team has easy access to historical evidence.
Provide administrative support for data-heavy projects, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly within our digital systems.
Cross-check data points across multiple documents to maintain the highest level of accuracy for executive-level reviews.
What we are looking for
A high level of comfort working with spreadsheets and basic data management tools.
Strong attention to detail and a preference for accuracy and verification over speed.
The ability to write clearly and explain complex information in plain, professional language.
Curiosity about how large organizations function and how data reflects those underlying structures.
Reliability in managing repetitive tasks that require sustained focus and methodical execution.
A structured work style and the ability to manage your own schedule in a remote environment.
A basic understanding of quantitative methods, typically gained through university studies or introductory coursework.
A commitment to maintaining professional standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive organizational data.
How we work We are a fully remote team that relies heavily on written documentation rather than constant meetings. This requires everyone to be precise with their language and disciplined with their time. We value evidence over opinion and prioritize quiet, focused work that leads to meaningful conclusions for our clients. Since we do not have a central office, we use digital tools to stay connected and ensure that every piece of analysis is reviewed for accuracy. Our culture is professional and grounded, focusing on the unglamorous but necessary work of organizational repair.
What we offer
A fully remote work environment that allows for a flexible location and respects personal boundaries.
Competitive pay for the role and market that reflects the importance of precision in our work.
Exposure to complex business systems and the inner workings of executive leadership teams.
Direct mentorship from senior consultants who value rigorous, evidence-backed thinking.
A stable, permanent full-time position with clear expectations and consistent daily workflows.
The opportunity to contribute to high-stakes projects for a major financial services provider.
The Data Reporting Assistant plays a fundamental part in how we deliver clarity to executive teams. By ensuring that our data is accurate and our reports are clear, you help us identify the structural truths that others might miss. Your work provides the evidence our partner needs to resolve friction and move forward with confidence. Through this role, you will gain a deep understanding of how data informs high-level business decisions.
