About the role
The Data Reporting Assistant serves as a bridge between raw data collection and the final reports used by our investment committee. You will work closely with our analysts to verify information and ensure that all internal systems are up to date. What you will do

• Organize and input data from various industrial development project reports into our centralized database.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure data integrity and identify any inconsistencies in the information provided.
• Generate standard weekly and monthly reports that summarize key performance metrics for our internal teams.
• Assist in the creation of visual aids, such as charts and tables, for use in investment presentations.
• Maintain documentation that outlines our data collection methods and reporting procedures.
• Communicate with team members via internal messaging and video calls to clarify data points.
• Monitor incoming data feeds to ensure all information is received on schedule.
• Collaborate with the technical team to suggest minor improvements to our reporting templates.
