Role Description The Data Scientist will work in a full-time, remote capacity, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. The role involves building statistical and machine learning models, validating their performance, and integrating them into production systems to support business decision-making. The Data Scientist will create clear visualizations and reports for stakeholders, contribute to the development of analytics frameworks, and continuously improve existing models and processes.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Data Science and Statistics, with the ability to apply quantitative methods to real-world business problems.
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Analysis for exploring datasets, identifying key drivers, and generating insights.
• Experience with Data Visualization tools and techniques to communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and libraries for data processing and modeling.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, and working with large datasets in cloud or on-premises environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience applying analytics or machine learning in a commercial or product-focused environment is an advantage.
