Role Description This is a full-time remote Data Scientist role. The Data Scientist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to frame complex problems, design experiments, and develop robust AI and data science solutions for clients operating in high-stakes environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include exploring and cleaning data, performing statistical and analytical modeling, building machine learning pipelines, and creating clear visualizations to support operational and strategic decision-making. The role involves validating models, designing metrics, documenting methods, and contributing to governance frameworks so systems can be audited, monitored, and sustained in production. The Data Scientist will also communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders and support continuous improvement of tools, processes, and best practices across the consultancy.

Qualifications

• Strong Data Science and Data Analysis skills, including experience designing and implementing end-to-end analytical and machine learning solutions.
• Solid grounding in Statistics and Data Analytics, with the ability to select appropriate methods, assess model performance, and interpret results rigorously.
• Proficiency in Data Visualization for communicating insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science (such as Python or R) and relevant libraries or frameworks (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, production deployment of models, and monitoring or governance of AI systems in real-world environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, collaborate across disciplines, and manage multiple projects and deadlines responsibly.
• Strong communication skills, including clear technical writing and the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
