- データサイエンス分野における4年以上の実務経験

- テーブルデータ・時系列データに対する機械学習および統計学の専門知識と実務経験

- コード品質、可読性、保守性を意識したプログラミング能力

You will lead the entire ML lifecycle—from data exploration and model implementation to building MLOps infrastructure for core algorithms such as recommendation engines and ad delivery optimization. ■ Minimum Requirements

- 4+ years of practical experience in the field of Data Science

- Expertise and practical experience in machine learning and statistics for tabular and time-series data

- Track record of leading the full ML lifecycle (End-to-End) and integrating ML models into production

- Strong coding skills with a focus on code quality, readability, and maintainability

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience extracting insights from unstructured data (text/audio), NLP, or conversation analysis

- Experience leveraging LLMs or Generative AI for analytics and processing

- Domain knowledge in call centers or customer support operations

- English communication skills for collaborating with global teams
