By effectively simulating multiple scenarios and visualizing analytical insights, the company enables clients to make optimal operational decisions and achieve significant cost reductions.
*Primary Clients: Power utilities, logistics companies, manufacturing companies, and urban developers (IoT).

To meet this demand, the company is actively scaling up its team of engineers specialized in algorithm development using machine learning and mathematical optimization.
■Your Role
You will lead overall operations to solve various client challenges using AI and mathematical optimization techniques.
Project examples include:
・Developing AI optimization solutions for power supply and demand planning
・Developing AI optimization solutions for vessel scheduling and shipping plans
・Developing time-series forecasting and anomaly detection solutions using sensor data
・Developing human mobility analysis and simulations using location data
Responsibilities: (Assigned areas will be discussed based on capability and preference)
・Data aggregation, cleansing, visualization, and analysis to solve client challenges
・Design and implementation of machine learning engines, along with reporting analytical results
・Implementation of simulators
・Educational initiatives to upskill internal data scientists and enhance technical capabilities
・Participation in technical discussions regarding SaaS product development

Required
*Meet of the following:
・Experience in analysis using AI, such as machine learning and reinforcement learning (duration not specified; experience with at least two projects)
・Knowledge and experience with mathematical optimization algorithms (preference given to candidates with practical experience)
・Experience in creating simulators and studying AI
Preferred
・Proven track record in data science competitions such as Kaggle
・For foreign nationals, Japanese language proficiency at the N2 level or higher
・Software engineering skills
・Development experience in cloud environments such as AWS
