You will work with a team of Order Processing Associates, Customer Support Specialists, Billing Specialists, and others to help ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. WHAT WILL YOU DO Review new insurance orders to ensure they have all the critical information needed to be processed by medical insurance and help find missing information if possible. Tag valid orders accurately so they can move to the next processing step. Encode data needed to the database accurately to avoid any issues. Flag any orders that are missing key information or fall outside of the process guidelines. Verify prescriptions for durable medical equipment, following a strict set of guidelines to determine their validity: If the prescription is invalid, follow instructions to request an updated prescription from the healthcare provider. Add valid prescriptions to customers’ orders and tag orders appropriately so they can move to the next step of processing.
