Data Specialist

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Operate and continuously develop an existing migration tool to optimize migration processes.

• Plan and execute complex migration projects in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Ensure data integrity and security throughout the entire migration process.

• Conduct comprehensive testing and validation measures for a smooth and error-free transition.

• Document and report on the entire migration workflow and participate in on-call duty to ensure operational continuity.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Several years of practical experience in data migration with strong knowledge of SQL, MSSQL SSIS, and common migration tools.

• Proficient programming skills in Python and willingness to learn new technologies such as JSON, Mirth, HL7, and internal hospital information systems.

• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills for complex migration scenarios.

• Excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with teamwork, flexibility, and a self-directed work approach.
