Join the mission We usually respond within a week We need someone ready to turn data theory into real workplace capability, coaching learners to build the confidence and commercial instinct to make an impact with data from week one of their apprenticeship programme. WHO WE ARE Apprentify Group is a portfolio of six companies, each with its own culture, personality and people. Across the group, we support around 10,000 learners a year and we're scaling fast, including a growing data delivery function that needs people who can hit the ground running from day one. THE QUICK FACTS Location : Remote-first, UK. Occasional travel for team events or customer meetings. Contract : Full-time, permanent Start : As soon as possible Must hold (or be able to pass) an Enhanced DBS check Programmes: Data Technician (level 3) and Data Analyst (level 4) LIFE IN THE ROLE The real work : Most of your time is spent delivering high-quality training sessions, group and 1-2-1, on data and giving constructive, developmental feedback on workplace projects. It moves fast, sometimes gets messy, but never boring. The environment : We work remote-first. You won't be micromanaged, but you will be expected to own your results from day one. Apprentices learn at different speeds, and keeping everyone on track for their End-Point Assessment requires serious organisational stamina. If you can handle that, you'll love it here. IS THIS FOR YOU? ✔ You genuinely care about unlocking talent and enjoy helping people grow ✔ You can translate technical data concepts for non-technical learners without losing the substance ✔ You take ownership without needing to be chased ✔ You're comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment ✔ You enjoy being challenged to keep growing yourself This is NOT for you if: ✘ Your data knowledge is theoretical and you can't explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences ✘ You prefer slow, predictable work ✘ You've never trained or coached others before ✘ You see documentation and compliance as someone else's problem ✘ You need a fully structured corporate environment to do your best work WHAT YOU BRING Minimum 2 years' experience within data analytics, computer science, statistics/mathematics or equivalent Proven experience delivering training, coaching or facilitation in professional or educational settings Ability to give high-quality developmental feedback that supports learner progress and achievement Knowledge and confidence using digital tools and online learning platforms Understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent and Equality & Diversity responsibilities A track record of supporting learners to achieve higher-level outcomes, such as merits and distinctions at EPA Nice to have: industry-recognised qualifications such as BCS Data Analyst, Microsoft (Power BI, Azure Data) or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, knowledge of End-Point Assessment processes for Data Tech Level 3 & Data Analyst Level 4, understanding of Ofsted's Education Inspection Framework, a teaching, training or assessing qualification, and understanding of the use of AI in data analytics. Stage 2, Micro-teach (45 minutes) : You'll prepare and deliver a 15-minute coaching session, followed by a Q&A. Stage 3, Capability interview (1 hour) : A conversation about your data experience and your training and coaching approach.
