Database Administrator (SQL Server, Oracle & PostgreSQL)

Key Responsibilities: Administer, configure, and optimize SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases. Ensure the availability, performance, integrity, and security of database environments. Perform performance tuning , monitoring, and proactive issue analysis. Diagnose and resolve incidents while maintaining high service levels. Implement and manage backup, recovery, and high-availability strategies. Participate in migration, upgrade, and modernization projects for data platforms. Contribute to the automation of operational processes and the continuous improvement of database environments. Support data integration initiatives and the evolution of data-driven architectures. Proven experience in administering SQL Server, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases. Strong knowledge of performance tuning , monitoring, and troubleshooting. Experience implementing and managing backup, disaster recovery, and high-availability solutions. Knowledge of data integration and data-oriented architectures. Experience in database migration and modernization projects. Familiarity with cloud environments and managed data services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of automation and scripting is considered an asset. Experience preparing, organizing, and managing data for Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence solutions is highly valued. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High level of autonomy, accountability, and proactivity. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Quality-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
