Database Coordinator (Prospect Research & Lead Generation)

We are hiring a proactive, research-driven Database Coordinator to join our team.

This is not a traditional CRM Maintenance or Data Entry role. We are looking for someone who excels at prospect research, lead generation, and list building to help grow our marketing database from 2,000 to 20,000+ qualified business contacts.

You will not handle cold calling or sales outreach—your sole focus is identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), sourcing decision-makers using Apollo.io, verifying contact data, and organizing high-converting prospect lists inside HubSpot.

What You Will Do

• Prospecting & Sourcing: Research target markets and identify decision-makers (CEOs, Owners, Founders, Practice Managers) matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Data Enrichment: Utilize Apollo.io daily to source, verify, and enrich B2B contact details before importing into our CRM.
• CRM Organization: Import, tag, segment, and build custom lists in HubSpot to prepare contacts for marketing campaigns.
• Database Health & Hygiene: Perform duplicate management, list cleanups, and ensure ongoing data accuracy.
• Deliverability Awareness: Monitor sender reputation, email deliverability, and maintain compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA).

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Research.
• Advanced experience with HubSpot & Apollo.io (must have daily hands-on experience using both tools).
• Proven track record of independently building targeted prospect lists from scratch.
• High English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Must be available to work full-time on EST business hours.
