This position develops, implements, administers, and maintain policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the NIRN database environments. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and recommend DBMS products Analyze current database/data warehouse structures and define file organization, indexing, and security procedures Design, test and implement database changes. Monitor access and usage of databases Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field 4+ years of experience of designing and implementing database and data warehouse structures, federal government experience preferred 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Dataverse and/or SQL Server in M365 Strong communication skills interacting with clients and government officials. Strong demonstrated skills in developing/authoring and editing system documentation, risk management, and project management materials.
