The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: What You Will Do: Consult with clients to understand their requirements and challenges Drive datalink system solutions to meet client or operational requirements Provide troubleshooting, guidance, and technical expertise to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation Partner with customer stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives Ensure datalink systems meet regulatory and industry standards, including compliance testing What You Will Bring: BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field 20+ years of direct experience in A&D field Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role with datalink systems Pay Range: $100/hour- $120/hour Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. Work Requirements: This position is classified as Remote within the United States. Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
