Dayforce / ADP WorkForce Suite Administrator
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Dayforce / ADP WorkForce Suite Administrator to support the administration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Newell Brands’ Workforce Management platforms.
The resource will support both Dayforce and the legacy ADP WorkForce Suite, formerly WorkForce Software, during the organization’s ongoing transition to Dayforce across its locations. Depending on business priorities and rollout status, the administrator may support one or both platforms.
This is primarily a functional system administration and configuration role. Dedicated technical resources are responsible for the development and management of integrations; however, this role will assist with integration-related troubleshooting, file validation, configuration dependencies, and business issue resolution.

- nAdminister and support Dayforce and legacy ADP WorkForce Suite environments

- .Produce security and access documentation when required

- nMaintain and create earnings and deduction configurations
- .Support pay-related setup and configuration changes
- .Maintain General Ledger mapping and related configuration
- .Assist Payroll and Finance teams with configuration-related issues
- .Validate the impact of Workforce Management configuration changes on payroll processing
- .Support reconciliation and issue resolution related to time, pay, earnings, deductions, and GL outputs
.Interfaces and File Suppor
- tSupport functional troubleshooting for inbound and outbound interfaces
- .Assist with SAP-to-Dayforce file and data issue resolution
- .Investigate file-processing errors and identify configuration, data, or mapping-related causes
- .Coordinate with technical integration teams to resolve interface issues
- .Support the addition of new fields to existing inbound and outbound files
- .Assist with the setup and maintenance of future inbound and outbound file requirements
- .Validate interface outputs and confirm that files meet business requirements
- .Support third-party files, reporting feeds, and downstream vendor requirements
.This role is not expected to independently develop complex integrations or APIs but should understand the functional processes, data dependencies, and business rules associated with integrations

- .Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, and local business teams
- .Provide timely updates and communicate issue status to stakeholders
- .Prioritize incidents and requests based on business impact
- .Escalate complex product issues through the Dayforce Community and vendor support channels
- .Track vendor support cases and coordinate follow-up through resolution
- .Provide guidance on system capabilities, configuration options, and recommended practices
- .Support knowledge transfer and training for internal administrators and business users
.Migration and Transition Suppor
- tSupport the administration of legacy ADP WorkForce Suite environments while locations transition to Dayforce
- .Assist with configuration comparisons between the legacy and future-state platforms
- .Help document existing Workforce Management rules, policies, schedules, and configurations
- .Participate in validation of migrated configuration and employee data
- .Support parallel testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization
- .Assist with identifying configuration gaps between ADP WorkForce Suite and Dayforce
- .Help transition administrative knowledge and operating procedures to the future-state Dayforce environment
