Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Business and Production Support
• Address business requests, system issues, and support tickets.
• Troubleshoot user, configuration, timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and reporting issues.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, and local business teams.
• Provide timely updates and communicate issue status to stakeholders.
• Prioritize incidents and requests based on business impact.
• Escalate complex product issues through the Dayforce Community and vendor support channels.
• Track vendor support cases and coordinate follow-up through resolution.
• Provide guidance on system capabilities, configuration options, and recommended practices.
• Support knowledge transfer and training for internal administrators and business users.
Migration and Transition Support
• Support the administration of legacy ADP WorkForce Suite environments while locations transition to Dayforce.
• Assist with configuration comparisons between the legacy and future-state platforms.
• Help document existing Workforce Management rules, policies, schedules, and configurations.
• Participate in validation of migrated configuration and employee data.
• Support parallel testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Assist with identifying configuration gaps between ADP WorkForce Suite and Dayforce.
• Help transition administrative knowledge and operating procedures to the future-state Dayforce environment.

Required Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering an enterprise Workforce Management platform.
• Strong hands-on experience with Dayforce Workforce Management, ADP WorkForce Suite / WorkForce Software, or both.
• Experience configuring and supporting:
o Time and Attendance
o Employee Scheduling
o Pay Rules
o Pay Policies
o Punch Policies
o Pay Codes and Pay Categories
o PTO, Leave, and Entitlements
• Experience with system security, roles, permissions, and user access.
• Experience creating and maintaining operational and business reports.
• Understanding of Payroll processes and the relationship between timekeeping and payroll.
• Experience troubleshooting configuration, data, file, and functional issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage multiple incidents, requests, and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with both Dayforce and ADP WorkForce Suite / WorkForce Software.
• Experience supporting a migration from ADP WorkForce Suite or another legacy Workforce Management platform to Dayforce.
• Experience supporting multi-location, multi-country, or global Workforce Management environments.
• Familiarity with SAP-to-Dayforce interfaces.
• Experience supporting Payroll-related earnings and deduction configurations.
• Experience maintaining General Ledger mappings.
• Knowledge of inbound and outbound file processes.
• Experience supporting third-party payroll, benefit, reporting, or vendor files.
• Experience participating in system implementations, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Experience supporting internal or external audits.
• Familiarity with Dayforce Community and vendor case-management processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Workforce Management administrator who can independently manage day-to-day platform administration, configuration, reporting, security, troubleshooting, and business support.
The individual should be comfortable supporting a mixed application landscape during a transition period, including maintaining the legacy ADP WorkForce Suite environment while helping stabilize and expand Dayforce across additional locations.
The candidate does not need to be a software developer or integration engineer but should have sufficient technical and functional understanding to investigate interface issues, identify likely causes, validate data and files, and work effectively with integration and application-development teams.
