Qualifications

Must need to have Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex HR, payroll, and financial data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
Experience in reporting and analysis, including building, modifying, and optimizing Dayforce or similar HCM reports and dashboards.
Background in finance or HR operations, with understanding of payroll, workforce management, and key performance metrics.
Proficiency in data analytics, including data validation, trend analysis, and visualization using reporting tools or BI platforms.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, document requirements, and present findings clearly.
Hands-on experience with Dayforce HCM (reporting, data views, and configuration) or other enterprise HR/Payroll systems is strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with SQL or similar query languages are beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines reliably.
Detail-oriented mindset, commitment to data accuracy, and a continuous improvement approach to reporting processes.
