About Wild Capital
Wild Capital is one of the UK’s leading providers of off-site Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) credits,
helping developers, architects, planning consultants and ecology firms meet their statutory BNG
obligations under the Environment Act 2021.
We work with clients across England, supplying verified habitat units from our managed land
portfolio to satisfy planning conditions quickly and compliantly.
As the BNG market matures and demand accelerates, we are strengthening our commercial
operations to ensure every deal moves through to completion efficiently and reliably.
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Deal Progressor to take ownership of every in-flight deal and drive it through to completion. You will be the engine room of our commercial
operation, ensuring that once a deal enters the pipeline it keeps moving: chasing outstanding
information, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and removing blockers so that
transactions close on time.
This is a high-volume, process-driven role that demands persistence, strong organisational skills
and the ability to manage multiple deals at different stages simultaneously. You will work closely
with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients from quote
acceptance through to unit delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end progression of all in-flight BNG credit deals from quote acceptance
through to completion and unit delivery
• Proactively chase clients, solicitors, ecologists and other parties for outstanding information,
signed agreements and payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal records in Attio CRM, ensuring every deal has a clear
status and next action
• Identify and escalate blockers early, working with the team to find solutions and keep deals
on track
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers between sales, technical and
delivery functions
• Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting on deal volumes, conversion rates and timeto-completion
• Develop and refine deal progression processes, templates and checklists to improve
efficiency as the business scales
• Manage client communications throughout the deal lifecycle, ensuring a professional and
responsive experience
What we're looking for
• Experience in a deal progression, sales administration, conveyancing or project coordination
role. You understand what it takes to move transactions through to completion
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent
deals without letting anything slip
• A proactive, tenacious approach. You chase without being asked and follow up until the job
is done
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You are comfortable dealing with
clients, solicitors and technical professionals
• Comfortable using CRM tools (we use Attio) and confident working with spreadsheets and
documents
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy, particularly around contracts, compliance documents
and financial records
Nice to have
• A background in property, planning, conveyancing or the built environment
• Knowledge of, or interest in, Biodiversity Net Gain and the planning system
• Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling business where processes are still being built
What we offer
£35,000 basic salary
