Dealer Finance & Risk Specialist

Collaborate closely with internal teams and dealers representing leading automotive brands Monitor and manage client receivables and liabilities toward the captive finance institution Review dealer and direct customer portfolios to minimize credit risk and identify inconsistencies Collect, verify, and maintain legal and financial documentation Analyze financial and operational data using Excel and internal systems Provide recommendations on invoicing levels based on portfolio performance and risk exposure Monitor and verify collateral to ensure compliance with financing requirements Conduct and review stock audits to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk Actively contribute to month-end closing processes Fluency in Polish (C1) and strong command of English (minimum B2), both written and spoken, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment Solid Excel skills and confidence working with data Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Good organizational skills and ability to work independently Team-oriented attitude with strong collaboration skills Nice to have Degree in Economics, Finance, Analytics, or a related field Experience in report creation and data analysis Background in working with financial documentation or reporting Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems What we offer Opportunity to work in a large, international organization Friendly and inspiring work environment with a supportive team culture Engaging and challenging tasks with opportunities for professional growth and skill development Hybrid work model: 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home Attractive benefits package, including private healthcare, pension scheme, and social fund benefits With over 5,000 employees based in more than 80 countries across the globe, our teams provide industry leading expertise that spans: Consumer Engagement Parts, Accessories & Service Performance Actionable Insights Repair Optimization & Compliance Learning Solutions Distribution & Sales Performance Our proven track record means that we now partner with almost every car manufacturer on the market.
