Banker's Lounge Academy is a 16-year-old financial training institution based in Cairo, Egypt. We've trained 80,000+ graduates, 70% of whom work inside banks, and we run corporate training programs across 15 governorates in Egypt. Founded by Dr. Emad Kattara, we're now expanding into digital assets, building on our institutional roots rather than starting from zero.
We're hiring a DeFi Trading Strategist who actually trades DeFi protocols with a real track record — not someone who's studied strategies from the sidelines. You've executed real trades across DEXs, lending protocols, perpetuals, and DeFi derivatives. You understand slippage, impermanent loss, MEV, liquidity depth, and how to size and manage a position when the market moves fast. You've built and refined your own strategies, and you know why they worked — or didn't.
Your job will be to bring that hands-on trading experience into practical, applied content for banking professionals and students — helping them understand how DeFi trading actually works, from execution to risk management. All demos and case studies run on testnet/demo wallets or fully anonymized data. We never require exposure of a personal wallet, live capital, or on-chain activity involving real funds.
Format: Remote, full-time. Hybrid content delivery (pre-recorded modules + live sessions), with live sessions scheduled to bridge Singapore and Cairo time zones.
